By any measure, I’m not a chef. As far as cooking is concerned, for me, it serves as more therapeutic purposes. I am a librarian by trade; cooking is my hobby (and somewhat a survival skill my mother had taught me). I cook to relax, to learn, and, more importantly, to bring people I love together. Cooking also gives me a sense of comfort and, oddly, security. Cleaning? Not so much.
By and large, I am what they’d call an intuitive cook – cooking without recipe. I improvise a lot in the kitchen.
I have a tiny kitchen (see pictures above). And as the saying goes, size doesn’t matter. What makes a home is the fragrances of heart and soul!
